For the Dogs Who Make Life Unforgettable

"Soul Mate", "Best Friend", "Heart Dog"...
If any of those words have meaning for you, you're my kind of dog lover!
Hi, I’m Lesley!
I'm a professional dog photographer based in Shropshire, West Midlands. If you've ever seen me out and about (probably walking my two pooches!) then you'll know that I just have to stop and say "hello!" to every dog I meet along the way!
Every dog I photograph reminds me why I love this work so much. I don’t do stiff poses or forced studio shoots - I capture your bestie as they truly are: playful, curious, and full of personality.
Whether it’s a cheeky tilt of the head, a joyous zoom across the grass, or that irresistible puppy dog gaze, I aim to capture those little moments that make your heart swell.
Every dog has a story, and my goal is to tell it through photographs you’ll treasure forever.
My sessions are relaxed, fun, and full of laughter - because the best photos happen when dogs are free to be themselves.
A Fun, Relaxed Session for You and Your Dog
Sessions last around 60 minutes, but there’s no rush - we work at your dog’s pace.
From playful zooms and curious head tilts to those little quirky expressions that make your dog unique, I capture a mix of natural and gently guided poses.
Every session is fun, relaxed, and designed to create beautiful memories you’ll treasure forever.
Here's How it Works:

1. Book Your Date
Book your session here and I’ll send a quick questionnaire and helpful guide so you know exactly what to expect.
We’ll then chat about locations, your dog’s personality, and the moments you want remembered.

2. Capture the Photos
We'll meet outdoors at your chosen location. I'll photograph your dog naturally, with gentle guidance and a few posed shots where needed.
Family can join if you like! Every moment is designed to be enjoyable for both dog and owner!

3. Professional Editing
After the session, I'll professionally edit your images to highlight your dog’s personality and those little moments that make them unique.

4. The Big Reveal
Your photos are delivered via a private online gallery.
You can then view them in the comfort of your home and select the images you want - digital, print, or both!
Helping Shropshire Dogs Find Their Forever Homes
⚠️ 100,000 dogs live in UK rescues
⚠️ 21 dogs a day are euthanised in the UK
With numbers like these, I’m proud to help Shropshire rescue dogs find the loving families they deserve.
By capturing their personalities, playful quirks, and joyful expressions, each dog gets a chance to stand out - bringing them one step closer to their forever home.
From playful puppies to seniors with plenty of life left, every dog deserves a chance to be loved.
…And you can make a difference too!
Even small actions like sharing a dog’s story on social media can help them get noticed and move closer to a loving home.
I work closely with local rescues to make sure every dog gets the attention & care they deserve. You can find out more here!
"They may not be here for your whole life,
but you are there for all of theirs."
Is Your Dog a “Wild Child”?
Don’t worry if your pup is full of energy, shy, or a little stubborn - I don’t need perfect behavior to get perfect photos!
Our 60-minute sessions are designed to be relaxed, playful, and full of freedom for your dog to shine. We start with some play, use treats, and guide them naturally - no stress, no pressure.
For your peace of mind, I professionally edit out leashes and collars in every final image, so your dog stays safe while your photos look flawless!
The Dog That Started it All...
My first ever dog was Monty - a black lab we brought home when I was just 3 years old.
My big brother told me he’d 'eat my toes!', so I spent the whole day kneeling on a chair before I finally got brave enough to say hello!!
I’ve never been without a dog since.
I wish we had more photos of Monty. Better ones. (I recently restored this one just to keep his memory clear).
The kind that freeze a moment in time and bring back every joyful, sweet and loving moment you had with them.
That’s why I do what I do.
Whether your dog is a bouncy puppy, a loyal best friend in their prime, or a gentle soul enjoying their senior years, every stage matters. Every stage deserves to be remembered.

My first dog, Monty!
Whether they are sitting as still as Monty is here, or doing 'zoomies' across a field, I have the patience (and the treats!) to capture them perfectly.
If you’re based in Telford, Shrewsbury, Bridgnorth, Newport, or the surrounding Shropshire areas, I’d love to help you capture this season of life with your dog - exactly as they are right now.
Because one day, these everyday moments will mean everything.
Project Dog: Celebrating Dogs & Their Stories
Project Dog celebrates the amazing dogs in our community - their stories, their charm, and the impact they can make on a person's life.
I love meeting your pups in the park, hearing what makes your dog special, and capturing those little moments that show their personality. If you spot me with my camera bag, don’t be shy - come over and let your dog be part of the fun!
I'll film our interaction to share your pups' story on social media, and take a few quick photos for you to keep as a thank you from me!
